She began her legal career in Nigeria at a top-tier law firm ranked by Chambers Global and IFLR1000, where she advised multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government-related entities on high-value, cross-border transactions.

Her practice spans corporate and commercial law, business start-ups, corporate governance, restructurings, insolvency and debt recovery, aviation and asset finance, regulatory compliance, and immigration law. She has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements, providing strategic legal opinions, and guiding clients through regulatory and operational risks while aligning legal advice with commercial objectives.

Semiloore has advised international lenders, export credit agencies, airlines, aircraft manufacturers, infrastructure companies, and multinational enterprises on transactions involving aircraft financing and leasing, insolvency and restructuring, foreign investment, and regulatory compliance.
